InData Labs Response to Covid19

During these times of instability and uncertainty, businesses around the globe are adapting to this “new normal.” At InData Labs, we’ve been doing the same as we’ve implemented new policies to support both our employees and local community.

Remote Work

In response to COVID-19, we’ve let our employees work from home. For those who remained in our offices, we took measures to ensure their safety. Our managers have been working closely with their teams to set up a workflow and flexible schedule. Currently, we hold all meetings and gatherings online.

We’re doing our best to support the physical and mental health of our employees during this pandemic. We’ve delivered vitamins, reusable face masks, and other personal protective equipment to their homes.

Team members were allowed to take all their necessary desk equipment such as PCs and monitors home. We also ordered office chairs that were delivered to their homes so they could set up their workspace.

Plenty of Online Activities to Relieve Stress

We want our employees to be healthy and happy. So, in early May, we organized online morning and evening workouts comprising Pilates, yoga, full-body workouts, and aerobics. Thanks to this initiative, employees can stay physically active during the pandemic.

There are also opportunities to attend virtual art classes, build new skills through the company’s online education platform, and take part in project demos. Our HR department has organized intellectual quizzes and virtual team building.

All of this is done to help employees get together and connect from afar. Later, we’ll have meetings with a therapist who will share tips on how to look after our mental health during this time. As a work family, we really care about the safety and wellbeing of our team members.

How We’re Supporting Our Partners and Clients

We’ve also made changes to support our partners. For some time now, we’ve let our clients defer their regular payments while we kept working. We were more than willing to do this because we understand the importance of providing support to our clients’ projects and businesses in general.

Our team didn’t stop any AI project implementation because it could’ve possibly postponed the product launch for our clients and do harm to their business. In some cases, the volume of rendered services was reduced by client’s request. We also made a decision to postpone the regular services’ cost review until the end of the year.

We’re doing all that we can to support other businesses at this time and one of those methods has been through leaving online reviews. Consumers trust online reviews just as much as they’d trust a personal recommendation from a friend.

In one of our online reviews, a client said, “Their drive was strong, and the whole team pushed their limits to meet deadlines and make everything work. Their strengths showed throughout our collaboration.”

Not all reviews are unbiased and verified so many consumers turn to platforms like The Manifest, a website that features business insights and news. Currently, we’re ranked in the Top 15 best AI development companies in the world.

AI

Ratings and reviews platforms allow companies to increase their online visibility and recognize employees’ contributions. We’re more than thrilled to continue leaving reviews for other businesses, and encourage you to do the same.

Drop us a line about your project or describe a challenge your company needs help solving. We’d love to discuss how InData Labs can work with you!
